La ministra para los Servicios Penitenciarios, Iris Varela, aseguró que los colectivos organizados son el "pilar fundamental para la defensa de la patria".

Indicó que "los guarimberos" tienen miedo de los colectivos.

Calificó como "cobardes" a los manifestantes que han sido reprimidos por las unidades antimotines de la Guardia Nacional. "Los guarimberos chillan cuando les echan agua para garantizar el libre transito", dijo.

Iris Varela is probably the lowest of the low when it comes to all the ministers of the regime. She's one of the most despicable, most insulting, most abominable, most resented, most incompetent, and corrupt garbage-spewing pieces of trash in the Ven. government. Her record alone speaks for herself regarding how horrible she's done her job in trying to maintain the prisons.
