(17,751 posts)... like the VAST majority of Cuban immigrants do - the US offers over 20,000 legal visas to Cubans every year (not all are applied for). UNLESS they don't qualify for a legal US immigration visa, THEN a smuggling op to Florida is very easy too.
As soon as they touch US soil, they are home free - no matter what their criminal record might be (the primary reason the US refuses an immigration application). The US's Wet Foot/ Dry Foot policy (for Cubans only) bypasses immigration laws.
Florida - where Cuban criminals are welcome too.

(160,515 posts)they have with Cuba to serve the agreed upon terms they signed for in return for their FREE medical education, while, at the same time, the US government wouldn't give a free education to a US student for all the tea in China.
How underhanded can a government get, anyway? Intentionally setting out to steal Cuban doctors, while forcing US students to keep paying on their school loans even though we know there are old people now STILL paying on their student loans. Crazy, sick, depraved.
Cuba shouldn't want those people back, anyway. They are larcenous, would make terrible doctors, since the're dirty to the core.
The US students who sign the same agreement with Cuba certainly appear to be very determined to give back to their communities as Cuba has asked them to do after they graduate.

(17,751 posts)Pretty much all pill pushing Drs in the US are rotten to the core... working for Big Pharma.

(17,751 posts)The membership are the Drs and auxiliaries.
So, your false claim that the Cuban gov't won't allow Drs back is pure mendacity.

(160,515 posts)as she was kept completely alone?
Doesn't get much dumber than that.
The right-wing LOVES what he, himself, did regarding this courageous woman. The right-wing think that's the way to go.
The Cuban Ministry of Health made all the right calls. They know what they are doing, having a very long record of success.
We always know where we can go for good old perverted gibberish regarding socialist countries. So sad.
