Venezuela: Three People Arrested for Attacks with Grenades

Venezuela: Three People Arrested for Attacks with Grenades

Caracas, Oct 8 (Prensa Latina) Attorney General of Venezuela Luisa Ortega confirmed today the arrest of three people linked to the attacks with grenades recently perpetrated on police facilities in the country.
Ortega said that one of the arrests was carried out in Caracas and the other two in the state of Guarico.

According to Ortega, investigations continue on the details of the attacks and where the grenades came from.

According to Venezuelan authorities, these attacks are linked to paramilitary groups, which carry out those actions despite the operations led by members of the police and security forces to fight crime throughout the country.
