This was said at a press conference from the CNE after a reporter from Globovisión asked him if he was willing to "give in" on the issue of the humanitarian channel.
"We do not echo so many dirty campaigns to discourage, demoralize and sadden the Venezuelans ... the Venezuelan is a unique being, who has a smile .... today is Friday. Go to the clubs ... go to the restaurants in the east to see the humanitarian crisis. Go now with the Globovision camera. Previously Maduro had assured that the Venezuelans value his "effort and his struggle" and that for that reason he points in the polls. In his response he also referred to another "dirty campaign": the migration of Venezuelans....
