Chavista lapdog insists VZ economy will improve... AFTER elections?

Faría: After the presidential elections, the economy will improve

translated from Spanish

Ronald Romero / Mar 23, 2018.- The Chavista ANC member, Jesús Faría, assured on Friday that after the presidential elections the economy of the country will be improved in a "substantial way". "The whole nation will be able to concentrate on fighting inflation," he said.

"With the presidential elections we are going to create a fundamental condition for the economy to improve substantially, clarify the political horizon and when the programs and people who will be in charge are defined, the entire nation will be able to concentrate on the most important problem which is like combating inflation, recovering production, generating jobs and how we are going to refinance external debt," he said in the A l Instant program broadcast by Unión Radio .

In this regard, the former minister added: "Many of the political aspects are going to be abolished, the unfortunate thing is that a political force like the opposition is doing everything possible because the country instead of advancing back ".

Finally, Faría referred to the monetary reconversion that will enter the country from next June. "That (new monetary cone) is not going to affect inflation, the price scale decreases, the calculations are simpler and if everything works as expected the issue of the currency will improve."

On January 28, 2018, the constitution Jesús Faría pointed out that the new Dicom will make it possible to "flexibilize" the foreign exchange market in the country.

"Within this scheme I believe that we necessarily have to go to a total decriminalization of the foreign exchange issue, of foreign exchange operations, and we must go to a free market that is accompanied by a controlled market," he said.

Lets see. Maduro already has dictatorship level powers. The AN (the elected body representing the people since 2015) has not been able to legislate a single law, as Maduro's illegally seated Supreme Court (TSJ) has ruled the AN null... Chavismo has had 18 full years to get inflation under control against ZERO opposition... but the Venezuelan population must wait until after the fake elections in May for Chavismo to act on inflation?

In the last 2 years, the Bolivar has lost 99.6% of its value against the dollar. Since Chavismo (1999) the Bolivar has depreciated over 40,000,000%. The Bolivar has be devalued TWICE in the last 10 years (chopping off 6 zeros, first in 2008, then again on Tuesday)... what exactly are the Chavists waiting for?
