Maduro 2/2 NO GRINGO AID NEEDED! No humanitarian crisis! But 16 days later...

translation: Maduro vs. Maduro:
-5Feb: I will not allow ourselves to be humiliated with humanitarian aid.
-18Feb: On Wednesday, 300 tons of humanitarian aid arrive from Russia.

I think the irony is lost on Maduro and the Chavista hierarchy who can claim in nearly the same breath that there is no humanitarian crisis in Venezuela and no aid is needed, and in the next admit there is a humanitarian crisis but will only accept help from sources that support Chavismo.
