He got hurt with a gun. Guns are bad, so a foolish mishap with a gun makes it ok.

He will never enjoy what the rest of us take for granted.
Most women (and men) will look upon him with disgust.
He will never be whole again.

He deserves it because he bought a gun? That makes it funny?

Or is it because men who buy guns are (famously) said to do so to overcome a feeling of inadequacy with their penis size?

Or is it funny because mangled male genitals are funny?

. . . wait for about a decade and then make it fiction, perhaps "based on a true story," because he's not first guy to have done this to himself, nor the last.

You read The Darwin awards and the hilarity is even meaner. Though I think this guy qualifies because he's taken himself out of the gene pool.

I'm looking forward to the day when a shot to either the balls or the vagina are both considered equally hilarious.

If people really gave it some thought --some honest and fair thought -- I think it would help to reveal the way in which men are regarded as "expendable" and their lives are less valued.

of working on a National Holiday since men, since birth, grow up with the expectation that the bulk of the responsibility for earning money is theirs and so are forced into a life a wage slavery.

In the penis? Tis only a flesh wound.

He got hold of a gun, chambered a round, then stuck it in his waistband like some dumbfuck Hollywood "hero". And then shot himself through the dick.

Is there anything about that situation that wouldn't be better if he hadn't done it?

Was it worth it, hotshot?

about having such little sympathy or sense of pity... does that make you proud of yourself?

To me you must be either very young yourself or very bitter over something or...just a jerk.

I'm 44, and people love me. So it's 'bitter'.

Bitter that empty-headed ass-clowns like this guy have easy access to guns. I am happy, however, that this dick's dick was the only thing hurt. It could have been an innocent person.

I'm also optimistic that this guy is not so far gone down the road to Idiocracy that he might not learn something from this. I'm a silver-lining kind of guy...

Or maybe some other dumb thing that you wouldn't do now?

What if you had to pay for that mistake with a destroyed and mangled penis for the rest of your life? Maybe even before you had a chance to have sex?

Have some pity for god's sake. You'll feel better.

That is the problem with us today. We are too cold and unfeeling concerning the misfortune others. Where is the empathy here?
