Minnesota was the first State to pull out of the Last Recession. So the Rural Economy is even worse that advertised.

The upside is,the State has a large Rainy Day Fund and a Heck of a Great DFLer as Governor.

Sure would be interesting as to where the Job losses are coming from. Have heard BNSF has Furloughed a ton of folks as a result of Commodity Shipments being canceled due to Grain Tariff's as well as lack of Container Traffic.
