Yale Law School & Women: Prof Rubenfeld suspended for being creepy a.f.

Last edited Thu Aug 27, 2020, 04:14 PM - Edit history (2)

I wonder if females attending Yale Law School are like "WTF am I doing, paying all this money to get a J.D. from Yale?" Especially in light of Professor Jed Rubenfeld getting suspended (with pay) during a sexual harassment investigation.*

Jed Rubenfeld and his creepy a.f. wife Amy Chua are a power couple at Yale Law.

Jeb recently got suspended for 2 years during an on-going sexual harassment investigation done by people who work for Yale.*

A prominent law professor at Yale Law School who once argued that modern views about sexual consent encouraged people to think of themselves as sexual assault victims has been suspended for two years following an investigation by the university that he sexually harassed students.

And of course, there are Brett Kavanaugh connections to this creepy couple.

His wife, Amy Chua, is also creepy and inappropriate. She had a huge hand in getting women to clerk for (accessory-to-gang rape) Brett Kavanaugh.

'No accident' Brett Kavanaugh's female law clerks 'looked like models', Yale professor told students

I think I also read that Chua's daughter clerks/clerked for Kavanaugh. Yep Sophia Chua Rubenfeld works for rapey beer bong Brett.

What a messed up family and what a messed up law school. The entirety of Yale is messed up, just look at legacy student GW Bush (asshole).

Is there a legal forum on DU where it would've been more appropriate to post this?

*Yale hired Jenn Davis, a Title IX investigator, to look into the Rubenfeld misconduct.

This power couple outta Yale is grooming women for predators.

Much like Ghislaine Maxwell groomed very young girls for Epstein, Prince Andrew, an a long list of creepy a.f. men.

Yale Law professor Amy Chua, who would live in obscurity among the general public if it weren't for her persona as the disgustingly smug Tiger Mom, is trolling America with yet another personal rant about her cultural superiority. Two years after releasing "The Battle Hymn of the Tiger Mother," a great step-by-step manual for parents who want to systematically weed out any genuine interest or passion for life that their children might innately have, Chua is releasing a book co-written with fellow Yale professor and husband Jed Rubenfeld called, "The Triple Package."

4. Rubenfeld warns a student about Kavanaugh.

Rubenfeld apparently warned a student to avoid working for two judges: Alex Kozinski, and Brett Kavanaugh. We now know why Kozinski was a problem. What do Rubenfeld and Chua know about Brett Kavanaugh that puts him in the same category of judges to avoid?

Kozinski = sexual harassment and assault.

Kavanaugh = ?, accomplice to gang rape, attempted rape of Dr. Ford, what more do Chua and Rubenfeld know about the weinie waving, beer bong Brett?

From the same article linked above:
Yale Law School is the most important law school in the country for identifying and grooming new federal judges and a federal clerkship is the key credential for starting down that career path. Amy Chua has been involved with that clerkship process at Yale for ten years. She has been one of the most powerful people in the country for making new judges.

Maybe before deploying the law school’s reputation in defense of a Supreme Court nominee, Yale needs to clean up its own yard?

But since Yale is determined to defend Kavanaugh at all costs, it is fair to ask: What does Yale know about Kavanaugh that they are not telling the rest of us? What does Rubenfeld know? What does Chua know? And will anybody on the Senate Judiciary Committee bother to ask them?

It explains why it's so hard for law students to report on powerful professors (Chua and her old man). Supreme court clerkships could be in jeopardy.
