From a blob of heat to a blob of cool

Last year, there was a blob of warmer than normal water off the west coast over much of the north Pacific that persisted most of the winter. This year, that's been replaced by much colder than normal water covering most of the region. The coast of Alaska all the way through the Bering Strait is still well above normal, however.

Not sure I have ever seen "at" signs used in anything other than email addresses.

I copied the entire url and pasted it into another tab and it worked to display the images.
