I also created an animated version which helps to emphasize how weather conditions during California's fire season have evolved over time. #CaliforniaFires #ClimateChange

major Climate change came in the fall of 2000. The usual wind direction change did not happen, instead the fall winter wind pattern switched to a Spring time pattern. And the Wind speed increased significantly . Next was the Rain fall pattern, went from a annual 11 inches of rain to just a midge over 4 inches. And that is now the new norm.

When Death Valley annual Rain is double or more than Vegas Valley, something is really screwed up. And that is Climate Change in real time. Another thing when Vegas temps are the same as Death Valley, some is up. It is Climate Change.
