that they can re-populate. I wonder if they have considered this. I used to volunteer at such a place. the guy said his cats were all "saved" but I later found out he got them all as babies and used to make money by giving tours and letting people get their pictures taken with them. By the time I got there, (a friend of mine asked me to help) the situation was very bad. He was a full time crack addict and did little to help the cats. If it wasn't for a few dedicated volunteers the cats all would have died. Some died anyway, one in my arms.

And I reported him and others reported him and fish and wildlife never did a thing except make sure he had enough food for them and have him fix cages and such. Finally he got some inheritance and moved and all the cats were moved to a nice place. Thank God.

But I do know he had a cougar just like that one in the picture. And he never fixed any of his cats. She would be too old but I met others from knowing him who owned cougars too. Her name was Yana. She was sweet.
