Keystone analyst's claims of impartiality conflict with unredacted documents

Environmental Resources Management (ERM) is the consulting firm that accounted for 45 of the 58 "preparers" - the lion's share. In this PDF, available at the State Dept. website, the president of ERM claims the company has "no business relationship" with TransCanada:



Pretty standard stuff. Then I came across some er, curiousness as I went through a description of the individual analysts - every one of their Key Representative Projects pages had been redacted. With some pseudo-hacking tools I was able to "lift" the redacting off the page and find out what's underneath. There were several instances of business dealings with TransCanada, and one on the Keystone project itself.

These documents are filled with pipeline project work, and many other ties via related pipelines. The unredacted version for download.
