While US Invests in WWIII, China Builds Largest Solar Plant to Date Powering Many Homes

The U.S., Russia and the UK are tied together in war-mongering spirit, though Russia and BRIC nations are trying to unhinge the petrodollar from a creaky one-way door into cabal coffers. The U.S. continues to pick fights with multiple nations: first Iraq and Afghanistan, then Syria and Russia, and all the while the military-industrial-complex-bloat eats away at sustainable infrastructure. Take China’s recent feat as a blistering slap in the face of what a few rinminbi and some elbow grease can do for a nation—and guess who they sourced their building plans from? A U.S.-based company.

While New Jersey bans sales of Tesla’s electric car (meant to run one day on solar energy alone), thanks to Gov. Chris Christie’s defunct intellect, Arizona-based First Solar began construction on the world’s largest solar plant in Ordos, China. Upon completion in 2019, the solar farm will be a 2000 megawatt wonder producing clean energy for 3 million homes. This will be the world’s largest solar project to date.

<snip>

Even the United Arab Emirates—our “holy grail” for petroleum, has invested trillions in alternative energies. The renewable generation capacity of the Gulf could reach 100 gigawatts (GW) by 2030, with about 60GW expected in Saudi Arabia, alone.

While we stay under the thumb of Shell, Exxon, BP and Texaco, our government run by special interests, the rest of the world is building sustainable infrastructure in green technologies like sun and solar to outstrip our power capacity by quantum leaps.

It has been taken over by greedy power driven bastards. Oil and war machines seems to be our polititians main money making scheme.
How many more innocents blood will this country have on it's hands.

Yet we feel Russia is bad! Maybe it's time America stopped sending special ops all over the world not to mention troops.
Stop spying on us and our congress. Anyone remember McCarthy?

I'm not sure it's possible for us to come out of this mess we are in when those in power
are addicted to money. It seems there's no money in alternate fuel compared to oil and gas payoffs.

This is headed down a dangerous road for our country and world.
