Any ideas for tofu loaf left overs?

Big ole tofu loaf and I could use some ideas. I tried dipping in panko crumbs and "chicken" and pork seasoning prior to frying.
That was good with chicago diner gravy. I could eat a shoe with chicago diner gravy. The tofu loaf was made with roasted garlic and vegetables.
I do not eat dairy of any kind. Maybe a casserole with daiya? I don't know. Thanks in advance.

That's how I usually managed to eat the rest of veggie loaves. In fact, I cooked them as much for sandwiches later as for roasts now.

My loaves were usually bean based and were great with things like ketchup, lettuce, sprouts, and so forth.

Have you thought about a pot pie or a mock shepherd's pie?

BTW, any suggestions for a big butternut squash?

(Soup is not my first choice ...)

On edit, there are some good recipes for stuffed squash, just depends on what you like for filling that is all I can think of right now.
