Miyoko's Creamery products at your local health food store!

I've recently been seeing Miyoko's Kitchen products at my local health food store and at Whole Foods. Previously, I had ordered from them but was turned off by the amount of packaging that I ended up having to send to the landfill with each shipment.

The next time you're at your local health food store or Whole Foods, check out Miyoko's vegan cultured nut products in the vegan "cheese" aisle. I especially recommend the "Classic Double Cream Chive" and the "French Style Winter Truffle".

Those look delicious. I have pretty much given up on cheese because it adds lots of fat grams to the diet and goes down too easy. I'll look for these. Thanks.

2. Their 'Vegan Mozz' whipped up with egg substitute is what I use for ricotta in lasagna. So good.

Expensive. But so good.
