Multiple explosions have targeted public buildings in a small southern Chinese city, according to state media.

At least three people have been killed and 13 injured in the blasts on Wednesday, which the official Xinhua news agency said took place in Liuzhou, in the Guangxi region.

Quoting local police, Xinhua said the explosions took place at a hospital, market, supermarket, bus station and government buildings including a township office, a centre for disease control and a dormitory building for government workers.

The state broadcaster CCTV reported that the the local police chief has called the case criminal in nature and said the blasts were triggered by explosive devices delivered in several mail packages.

State-run broadcaster CCTV cited a police chief saying the blasts were caused by "parcels containing explosives," without providing further information.

CCTV said six people had been killed and "dozens" injured. NBC News could not immediately independently confirm that tally.

China being an empire and all there are some other possibilities, but Uighurs would be my first assumption. Or somebody imitating Uighurs in order to provoke the Chinese state. Either way Uighurs are the go to.

I am waiting for more on that, it would make more sense for them to get pushy in the South China Sea, where we are "challenging" them.

We are governed by ignorant morons.

The Pentagon is going to have some momentous decisions to make soon, our bluff is finally being called, I think. But I think it is a done deal really, they have so thoroughly shit on the floor with their Petraeus-sucking "training the moderates" bullshit, which means hiring some locals to fight for us, a very old strategy which never has worked that well militarily.

Not just because they are assholes, but also because their assholeishness supports our assholes, turning this country into a land of assholes too. You have to be careful whom you hang out with, things rub off on you.

We will have to wait to see, but I expect Putin to try to make a few points while he is attacking the jihadis:

He will try to demostrate the excellence of Russian arms.
He will try to ram Assad right down our throats,
He will try to show that he can bring stability back and that Russia is a trustworthy player. He won't get this chance twice.
(The promoters of American excellence at the Pentagon, insecure about their own abilities, will try to prevent that. We have to cheat to win, see?)
If he can manage to punish the Sauds and Bibi along the way, so much the better.

Edit: I think his timing is excellent too, he knows how to wait, that refugee crisis really changed the atmosphere in Europe. All of a sudden it is personal. I've been waiting for that since 2011 or so, the refugee crisis. People just do no starve quietly, not all of them, they start to forage, they start walking..

9. Syria regime change was Petraeus and Hillary's show. Catastrophic results, dead US Ambassador,
Wed Sep 30, 2015, 11:58 AM
Sep 2015

Al-Qaeda morphed into a mini-state that threatens to make Damascus the capital of the New Caliphate. ISIS terror attackers in Paris announce to the customers in the Deli they stormed that al-Alwaki was involved in running that one - al-Awlaki (or his doubles) was a CIA double agent who was involved in literally every actual AQ casualty attack in the US. That whole operation has been blown wide open, and everyone knows it except for a lot of Democratic voters.

The White House thought they had shot down Petraeus, but he's still walking. It's now time to really close down everyone who has created this mess, including Hillary, who is a pawn of the Saudis (like the Bush family and much of the Bush CIA)(She's also run by the oligarchs who own Netanyahu).

It's time to finally open the books on 9/11. If the real story on what led up to the WTC/Pentagon attacks doesn't arouse the American people to make some major changes, nothing will, and we continue to deny the obvious, we deserve to be the next world-straddling Empire that goes down due to our own corruption, cupidity and venality.

Like Kim Jong Un ugly; when these 2nd and third generation emperors take over they tend to lack all restraint (as one can observe, for example, in Yemen).

But maybe not yet, he might have just died. When you are 83 it happens.
