Syria rebels 'seize' ISIS headquarters in Aleppo

Islamist rebels are reported to have seized the headquarters of an al-Qaeda-affiliated jihadist group in the northern Syrian city of Aleppo.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said it was not clear what had happened to the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant (ISIS) fighters who had been at the hospital in the Qadi Askar area.

Recent days have seen fierce fighting between ISIS and other rebel groups.

More than 270 people, including 46 civilians, have been killed in the worst rebel-on-rebel violence since the uprising in Syria began in March 2011, according to the Syrian Observatory, a UK-based activist group.

I guess ISIS made good on their threat to pull out of Aleppo if they kept getting attacked by the FSA.

The ISIS may be bad guys but they are tough committed fighters who have no problem dying for their cause, and because of they made big progress against Assad.

The FSA have just dug their own grave by losing their support, Assad will now retake Aleppo and it will all unravel for the rebels.
