BETHLEHEM (Ma'an) -- More than 1,991 Palestinian children have been killed by Israeli forces and extremists since 2000, according to figures released by an international rights group Thursday.

Ongoing settlement building in occupied East Jerusalem and the West Bank are wedging Palestinian children and their families against "expanding and often violent Israeli settler communities," Defense for Children International- Palestine (DCIP) research reported.

Such expansion is increasingly placing Palestinian children in a "hyper-militarized environment," where they are facing higher frequencies of disproportionate violence from Israeli forces protecting settlers in the area, as well as from the settlers themselves.

In the occupied West Bank and East Jerusalem, 12 Palestinian children were killed by Israeli forces during 2014, the majority from live ammunition, DCIP reported.

According to human rights group report, 6,371 Palestinian, 1,083 Israeli causalities during armed conflict in last 10 years.

1,991 Palestinian children alone were killed.

Israel needs to exit Palestine: illegal colonists, murderous IDF, and corrupted policies.

But sometimes they trip over their own explanation in their hasteto push their narrative.

The mumbers are painfully disproportionate, and it tells us about a very painful conflict.

Perhaps the best solution is to remove Israel, and it's illegals from colonization of territory that doesn'tbelong to it?
