'Victory will be greater if hunger strikers die'

snip

Khader Adnan, who was the first prisoner to launch a hunger strike, said "from our perspective, the hunger strike will be considered a success in any case, regardless of whether the prisoners' demands are met or if they die in prison."

Adnan, who refused food for more than two months, ended his strike after Israel agreed to release him from administrative detention.

"If they die, the victory will be even greater," he said. "In any case, Israel will be held responsible."

Meanwhile, Islamic Jihad threatened to resume its rocket attacks on Israel from Gaza should one of the prisoners die.

The guy seems sooo concerned about their health and well being.

He's banking on them to die for a propaganda win.

...and fake outrage. But not so much now.

Looks like the world is moving on to more important issues, like what's happening around the rest of the mideast WRT the Arab Spring (Islamist Winter). Go figure.

Of course, why support Islamic Jihad and Hamas terrorists going on hunger strikes? Is the world expected to sympathize with these terrorists and demand their release?

what Adnan said according to Ynet was not wishing death on the hunger strikers but stating a fact in point on the matter
seeing as how he had faced the same fate himself, tell were you getting the talking points in a row just in case?, Margret Thacher could have been a starting point for that , seems that was what Ynet was doing a preemptive strike if you will and yet despite the matter being settled days ago here we are huh?
