2. What gets me is how people vehemently deny there could ever be a hint of bias

involved in the case. Despite the fact that this happened in a heavily Republican part of Florida. And despite the fact that plenty of 18-year-old boys in a similar position are never even prosecuted, or if they are, they're often able to plead down to a misdemeanor. Despite that, these posters deny even the possibility of unfair treatment. How can they be so damn sure???

There's always going to be a group of turds in any pile of people :p

Some of the people here annoyed me greatly during the campaign, usually for going over the line and acting like we allege the other side acts all the time (I'd like us to be better but whatever).

There are plenty of Dems I would like to disown. You don't HAVE to like or agree with everyone, and you don't have to comment on everything you disagree with on the Internet.
