We need some NALT Christians to speak up and tell the homophobic ones that they don't have a monopoly on Christianity. Outspoken NALT people could really be a big help to us and to their religion.

2. Where have they been for the last 40 yrs?

Part of the reason we are fighting Xians, is because the NALTs abdicated their righteousness to the" fundamentalists",So called keepers of the Word of JC, and did nothing for so long.

I think there is a lot of homophobia in the Christian church and most religions. I'm not religious at all. I will admit to being religionphobic. Judging by the squiggly red line that is not a word but maybe it should be. I'm guilty of it. If someone tells me they're religious, I automatically assume they will think my being gay is wrong. And religious people truly scare me because the most activist opponents of our rights claim to do so because their god tells them it is the right thing to do. If we can win over this demographic, we have won. If there are religious allies out there that support us, then we should support them too. Good job Dan Savage.
