Man arrested after gay couple attacked on Capitol Hill

Police arrested a man Sunday night after a gay couple was attacked on Capitol Hill, according to reports.
Two men were talking toward their car about 11 p.m. on East Pine Street holding hands, reports say. As they passed a parked car, the car’s occupants jeered at them, according to Seattle police.
Two men got out of the vehicle and followed the couple, one of them with an empty beer bottle, reports say.
One of the men in the couple retrieved a baseball bat from his car to defend himself. One of the attackers swung the beer bottle at him and missed, hitting his vehicle. The other assailant tackled him to the ground, according to police reports....
