Nebraska judge throws God’s lawsuit out of court

A Nebraska federal judge has thrown out a lawsuit against “Homosexuals” on the grounds that the woman filing the suit was not God’s spokesman.

Sylvia Ann Driskell claimed to be the “Ambassador for Plaintiff’s God, and His, Son, Jesus Christ.”

Although she claimed in her suit that gays were violating God’s law, she filed under the Civil Rights Act, a U.S. law, that gays were violating her rights.

No word on Driskell’s reaction to finding out that she’s not God’s spokeswoman.

She said she represented God and Jesus. I wanted to see one or both of them show up in a U.S. courtroom, after the last 4.5 billion years of Jesus images only showing up on pieces of toast.
