Gay teens stories of coming out, and being teens

Probably worth some views, and some comments to these brave folks.

Well, the first one is 21 now, but has a gay dad, too.

Another guy thanks Youtube and free speech for helping him wrestle with gay identity as a teen.

A guy uses his first Youtbe video to come out.

"Being Gay, How I Knew & Who I Am"

"My Coming Out Story - Military Man"

"Gay & Christian in the military?"

Non-American...talking about it gets better or not... another perspective

Does It Really Get Better?

Now a 15 year old young woman talks about her life in the UK

"Lesbian Coming Out"

This young woman deals with all the most important topics young women who are lesbian face, so there's a universality of her experience, that we can all identify with.

Another perspective.

"It's HARD being a lesbian"

This woman puts it all in perspective, "'cause I wanna be"!

Sorry I didn't explore more young women's experiences, I'm sure someone out there can add some more videos from that viewpoint.
Bottom line here, thousands of young men, (and women) talking to each other from around the world about being GLBT. This is happening now, (well in the last year or two) on Youtube, with thousands and hundreds of thousands of young men and women watching this

These men, and some women, talking to fellow Americans or other English speaking folks around the world, what a great change in the world in the last 10 years, from dial-up internet, to Youtube videos from anyone anywhere in the world. We have a lot of new frontiers that our technology today gives our kids, and gives each other. These kids probably all love Ellen DeGeneres, but they talk to each other one on one.

Thanks to all these young folks for being so brave and so daring to put themselves out there for the world. Obviously they are talking about this more than the rest of the adult world is doing.

all those years ago when I was a teenager. The more things change, the more they stay the same.

It's great that the internet brings people together like this. K&R
