Should saying "all asexuals should be killed" be considered Hate Speech?

Should saying "all asexuals should be killed" be considered Hate Speech?

Apparently Facebook doesn't think so...

In this public posting on facebook not one, but two different people said Asexuals should be killed in one way or another:

Lets start with the first one, a poster going by the name Corey Cook:

Corey Cook: Just Kill all these people.

Kill all of us?  Calling for the death of every asexual has to qualify as Hate Speech right?

I mean the Community standards under Hate speech does say:

Hate Speech

Facebook removes hate speech, which includes content that directly attacks people based on their:

Race,
Ethnicity,
National origin,
Religious affiliation,
Sexual orientation,
Sex, gender, or gender identity, or
Serious disabilities or diseases.

Organizations and people dedicated to promoting hatred against these protected groups are not allowed a presence on Facebook.

People can use Facebook to challenge ideas, institutions, and practices. Such discussion can promote debate and greater understanding. Sometimes people share content containing someone else's hate speech for the purpose of raising awareness or educating others about that hate speech. When this is the case, we expect people to clearly indicate their purpose, which helps us better understand why they shared that content.

We allow humor, satire, or social commentary related to these topics, and we believe that when people use their authentic identity, they are more responsible when they share this kind of commentary. For that reason, we ask that Page owners associate their name and Facebook Profile with any content that is particularly cruel or insensitive, even if that content does not violate our policies. As always, we urge people to be conscious of their audience when sharing this type of content.

While we work hard to remove hate speech, we also give you tools to avoid distasteful or offensive content. Learn more about the tools we offer to control what you see. You can also use Facebook to speak up and educate the community around you. Counter-speech in the form of accurate information and alternative viewpoints can help create a safer and more respectful environment

OBVIOUSLY this violates facebooks hate speech rule...

We looked over the comment, and though it doesn't go against one of our specific Community Standards, we understand that it may still be offensive to you and others. No one should have to see comments or posts they consider hateful on Facebook, so we want to help you avoid things like this in the future."

Okay, Okay.  Maybe I am being too sensitive.  The guy even said he meant it as a Joke and maybe I just don't get how saying all asexuals should be killed is  a joke.  Further FB does say that they don't mind jokes.  But, this wasn't the ONLY comment saying we should all be killed:

Jesse Albrecht: "Can we just call them Inhumans and hunt them to extinction."

Here we have someone not only saying we are not human but that we should be "hunted" to extinction.  But, maybe this is another Joke?  Except this person in the above image says his comment wasn't intended to be humorous!

"Jesse Albrecht: Max Isenberg well considering it wasnt meant to be funny that isn't surprising. If you don't think the reference to our social divide, the grim outlook of our future if we continue, and the reference to segregation and the isolation of different people is not smart then well you scare me greatly.

This person just said he didn't intend this as a joke.  Obvious hate speech right?

Wait.  Wait.  They let THAT stand?  The person even said it wasn't meant to be funny.  So if it isn't a joke how is that NOT hate speech?

What do you think?  Am I over-reacting here, being a "triggered snowflake?"  Or am I missing something?  Or do you think this is ridiculous too?  If these people made these comments about Black people or Jews or homosexuals or some religious minority do you think at least one of these two comments would have been deemed hatespeech?

I get that people on there are mad that they had what they consider politics thrust upon them on a page that is supposed to be about Nerd Culture (actually its geek culture they promote but whatever,) and that there is tons of acephobic comments being made (in particular calling us mentally ill).

But shouldn't comments about commiting genocide against asexuals at the very least be considered Hate speech?

Thoughts?
