In many parts of the world It is illegal to be LGBTQ

In 71 countries, being queer makes you a criminal. In 11 of them, the punishment is death. Some countries differentiate between having gay sex and actually being gay, but the result is discrimination no matter the reasoning.

America’s religious right is clamoring for crackdowns on gender expression and LGBTQ rights similar to the laws enforced in less advanced countries. Some prominent Republicans and pastors have gone so far as to suggest America should be a theocracy like some countries on the list.

How you have fallen.
In ancient days compared to other countries at the time Egypt wasen't as bad. Sucks now. And I love Egyptian art and myths and have wanted to go there ever since I was a little kid. Have ancient Egyptian art all over my house.

Now being trans would that get me killed if I went there? I dunno. I so wanted to see the Memphis temples of Sekhmet. And Bubastis. Sekhmet is my goddess. Bast is too but Bast
is who brought me to Sekhmet( personal and a long story)

Anyhow that was a disappointment to hear.😥.
