1. Luggage

I volunteer for a local soup kitchen. Found out that luggage is very useful for women who move out with families. Got my office friends (union) to donate 27 pieces of unused roller luggage for these families. I damn near cried when my office started filling up.

One has to know where to drop these items.

This is why it was so helpful when a story in the local paper told about the event and where stores are located in the area.

3. Child protective services

The local CPS keeps women's shelters confidential so as to keep unwanted stalkers etc out. They steer people to collection points for covert redistribution.
