Question about vitamin B absorption

I've been taking a B-Complex vitamin for about 3 months and noticed the bright yellow urine effect right away. It's normal, expected, and initially happened very quickly, like 30 minutes.

Lately the bright yellow urine isn't so bright, just standard pale yellow and it takes quite a bit longer to occur after taking the vitamin. Up to 6 hours.

I haven't found anything about reduced yellowing in my research. Could this mean that my body is now absorbing and using the vitamin more efficiently? I've made many other positive changes in my diet that could be responsible.

Or maybe my body is just getting used to it?

Has anyone else experienced this?

It could be that your new diet contains less riboflavin and you're using more of it in the vitamin pill rather than generating expensive urine.

As long as your kidney function tests are normal, you've got nothing to worry about.

I get more than the RDA via my food. I'm just not sure I get all the B's, so I take a vitamin as well.

I'm not worried, I feel great!
