and flexibility. Losing weight so that you can go on to that next level of posture is a great incentive because the practice makes you feel so much better.

I credit Yoga for being the primary thing that's kept me out of a wheelchair.

It's really seems to help her with the aches and pains of growing old, and she always comes home in better spriits.
