all kinds of potential bad health issues to plummet. Moderate exercise does a lot more good than pharmaceuticals for most health problems.

then they'll say they don't have time to exercise, yet are able to binge watch endless streaming crap
get up and get moving already!
good for your heart, good for your health, and it will make aging much more tolerable....
