I ate something for my health, this morning, that I have never eaten before..never..

I had bought a can of canned salmon last week,
wild salmon from Alaska..Castle Rock ..

Now, I don't eat much breakfast, but got some heart issues, and they say, Omega 3, and
salmon is the best, they say, so, I opened up this can, and ate half of it.
Half for tomorrow..now that may not be a big deal for you..but it is for me...

I ask, because my former wife was a vegetarian for many years. But then, she developed health problems, that resulted in severe anemia. The doctor told her that she had to change her diet, so she did. Sometimes, dietary choices have to change for health reasons.

I hope the Omega 3 will get me thru some health issues.. I am already eating tuna, and bread with flax seeds, but, they say the salmon is the best..so why not eat it??or at least try it?

It's not expensive, I do feel it helps, your mileage may vary. Never tried the salmon.

...but anything you are doing to get those omega 3s is great!

I wonder if you have ever seen the recommendations of Dr. Stephen Sinatra, a well-respected cardiologist? He says he could not practice cardiology without recommending that his patients take four basic supplements. CoQ10, magnesium, L-Carnitine, and D-Ribose.

You can find his discussions of heart health on his web site.

heaven in a can! granddad used to fish for king salmon in washington. what he didn't freeze, he canned. we used to get a case each of regular and smoked salmon each xmas. it was such a treat!

i agree with the others about the fish oil. i take them too, but wonder about the krill oil caps that are popular now...
