Sefirin Kizi - The Ambassador's Daughter

Another Turkish tv drama series found with English closed captioning at online sites. 20 episodes are available since the series is still in production. Time to take a break until there's another handful of episodes uploaded.

The scenery is gorgeous. It's supposed to take place on Turkey's Adriatic coast. The interiors are different, too. Stone manor houses that are stone inside and out. Family dramas, the rich and the poor. The old saying, Ever lovers never friends, comes to mind. Obsessions. Terrific lead players as well as the best of the best in character actors.

I'm getting hung up on these after watching Black Money Love, Kara Para Ask, on Netflix.
Lots of popup windows with this kind of viewing. Norton's, a popup killer and our VPN seem to be what it takes to view more seamlessly.

Now it's time for a change of pace. The latest Ann Cleeves novel, a Vera police drama series, is out. The Darkest Evening. Luckily I was high on the library list and it became available to me just in time for this kind of break from video.
