Has anyone seen 'Oldboy'?

My goodness, I had heard it was good but I didn't think it would blow my fucking socks off. It's one of the best movies I've ever seen.

For anyone who hasn't seen it, do so immediately. It's about a guy who gets kidnapped and imprisoned for 15 years and then is let go. That's all I'll tell you, this is a movie that must not be spoiled. It's on Netflix instant, it's a Korean movie that's dubbed in English. I normally don't care for dubbed but I thought the dubbed voice actors were good in this.

Really original with a lot of plot twists, although those who are squeamish about violence should give it a miss.

(I hate dubbing, but then, I like to hear the original languages.)

I'll just say the ending was pretty f'd up, it was very unexpected and sick. I liked it. I thought it was a nice cherry on top of the major "Holy Shit" moments that preceded it.

I remember being blown away by it as well, though I recall it being quite violent.

While one might argument that it falls stability and effect as it gets to further along the area of incredible, tummy moving tale upgrades, there's no questioning the disruption it creates.
