than ones that would be blockbusters.

I appreciate it. I am so sick of everything being either a domestic mystery (and I love mysteries, but what could be duller than housewives murdering each other) or a Marvel Comics blockbuster.

I started doing movie reviews for a local weekly paper. At first I was doing all indie films that were shown on Kanopy and Hoopla. The owners of the paper suggested I do more "mainstream" movies. I could have thrown a fit and said "I'm not reviewing Batman movies and the other crap Hollywoods spews out!" So I get around it by doing an indie film one week, then an indie that has some more recognizable stars in it the next. So far so good! I haven't heard a complaint yet. I did review "CODA" to throw them a more mainstream bone!

I watch a ton of movies and love sharing my finds! There are so many good flicks that no one has ever heard of.
