Streaming MHz Worldview on Roku or iOS and Android apps

Last edited Thu Sep 5, 2013, 11:19 AM - Edit history (1)

MHz Worldview carries English-language newscasts from around the world during the day, but at 8PM Central Time/9PM Eastern Time every evening, it shows a European drama.

They've just started a new season, and since European dramas tend to have short runs, they switch off every once in a while.

Currently, they're showing

Mondays: The Half Brother from Norway, sort of a family saga
Tuesdays: Antigone34, a French police drama similar to Spiral
Wednesdays: Sebastian Bergmann, a Swedish film about a profiler with a tragic past
Thursdays: Dolmen, a mystery filmed in Brittany, the Celtic part of France, with supernatural overtones
Friday: Blood on the Docks, another police show taking place on the waterfront in Le Havre, France
Saturday: Arne Dahl, based on a Swedish mystery series
Sunday: Montalbano, a Sicilian police detective with an eccentric bunch of sidekicks

If you don't like a certain series, don't worry. It will end in a month or two and be replaced by something else.
