Finally got my Apple TV up and running

I have a Roku, which I'm very happy with, but I won an Apple TV in a drawing, and I just let it sit for months.

Then it dawned on me that I could watch my iTunes TV shows on the big screen with it, instead of just on my iPad, so I set it up, and after some trial and error, voila!

I haven't connected it to Netflix or Hulu Plus, since my Roku takes care of that, but I do have some downloaded programs that are on neither.

On the whole, the Roku offers more variety, but if you have a downloaded library or TV shows or movies from iTune, the Apple TV is the best way to watch them on your TV.

Have had it for a few years. Check out the podcasts - you can watch TRMS full size video!
