Charming, adorable film: Everything Beautiful Is Far Away (Hulu)

General synopsis: "A guy, a girl, and a robothead hike across a desert planet in search of a mythical lake."

And really, that is all that it is. But it was awfully charming! One of the two characters is Julia Garner (Ruth, in "Ozark" sans southern drawl) as an independent idealistic wanderer. The male lead is Joseph Cross, whom I didn't recognize but has been in many things I've seen. He was cast well in this and was believable.

They both do an amazing job of making 1.5 hours of viewing two people trudging across sand dunes not just watchable, but enjoyable.
