and scenes where... you know... my eyes were tear-filled.

Ricky Gervais is a genius but the rest of the cast... marvelous.

I just sent a note to a friend who watches and we laugh about stuff in it: did you notice the screen on Lenny's computer, composing a story called 'Brown Letter Day?' LOLLLL!!!!

I thought it should have ended with season 1. I had the sense that Ricky Gervais wasn't into it and was coerced into doing a second season. There were a few funny moments, and yes, several touching scenes. But overall, I found it really depressing. And you could tell by the ending, there will be another season.

On the other hand, I absolutely loved the first season. The way Ricky's character transformed from a bitter, self-loathing guy into a decent human being was brilliant.

Loved the first season. Second? LOL moments as usual however, he broke my heart and my eyes teared up often as well. Good stuff.
