I went to a meeting this afternoon...topic...Step 1

The discussion was outstanding. The lead was about not being able to put the drink down....The leader made it clear, that he couldn't do it alone. By coming to meetings and listening he found help. Same for many others and for me. OA helped me to take off 55 pounds and keep it off for 35 years, and AA helped me get off of dangerous pills..been off for 10 years..Without the two 12 step programs. ....I would be dead, but.....
I am not dead.
