Any other swimmers here? Just got back into the pool after a hiatus.

Our high school has an aquatic center that I use.

I would love to swim again, but kids home when high school pool open, etc. I miss it.

I swam 200, 500, and bottom relay in high school, occasionally backstroke.

Hadn't been swimming since graduating from college a couple years ago (they have an exercise facility with a pool).

Believe it or not but swimming is the best exercise because it does not have any side effect and it can move all parts of our body in same time.
