1. What was your complaint if you want to share?

I guess I'm not seeing it. 15 minutes isn't long to wait, and sadly 25 bucks doesn't buy much these days.

At least the guy responded, and it was a nice letter compared to the standard responses one usually gets. That's unusual. Hopefully Tess had fun and was unaware of any problem...that's all that counts in the end.

Again, I don't know your complaint, but maybe give them another chance?

Food to make my daughter happy, I just made chili since. What chance should I give to a drive thru at 25 for two simple cheeseburgers?

I thought you went in to a sit down type place.

I'm not much of a fast food person, but judging by the lines I see around here at some of the fast food joints...I'm not sure that's really unusual anymore.

People got out of the habit of going inside during the pandemic, I guess.

Did LilBit do ok, is it the waiting time that was the problem? That's understandable.

and these days it's pretty hard to buy lunch for two people for under $25. Was there some other problem with their service? The owner's response seemed pretty reasonable and courteous to me.

15 minutes is rather a long wait at a drive-through, but the owner did offer an explanation and maybe it's worth another visit.

Yes, restaurant/fast food is up in cost, and sometimes you have to wait even in a drive-through.

Like you however, I have waited quite some time at Culvers when I've gone there. They're not as cheap as they used to be either. THat's the only fast food I ever allow myself!

You should see the lines at the Chick fil A (sp?) that I pass sometimes. At lunch they have lines around the building and out onto the road. I understand they're very fast, but Ima guess people are waiting at LEAST that long!
