More medication changes

So my son had to have another medication change. Ugh. Trial and error. Trust the process. He is starting school again soon. The migraines are still up and down. A sucky thing about the route to school is that they are digging it all up to make a walking trail. But he has started writing a book. I am glad he has that to focus on. I know he struggles with motivation. He is consistent with exercise and nutrition which is good. The sleep is still an issue. I am very thankful for the insurance benefits that are helping this process. Here's hoping for more progress.

There was no medication then. They called what I had “character flaws.”

I have medication now. It makes my day barrable.

For some of us that includes psychotropic medications.

These meds are much better now than they were in the 'seventies, in my later adolescence, when my own mind went dysfunctionally strange.

Any stability I've enjoyed since has sometimes been a very hard won thing often requiring meds with unpleasant side effects.
