which I am sure I need, a little pricey but it would be worth it to feel better and lose some weight. I like almost everything I have read, but there are not many reviews out there. I like to know what folks who were dissatisfied have to say, that is often more informative than positive reviews.

I have never been a dieter or much of an intentional exerciser, though was always physically active, and thin to normal into my 20s or thirties. now with slower metabolism, bad knees, and whatever else (age and laziness!) I have piled on the weight. BP is slightly elevated and I worry about all the other stuff that can happen.

Need to see if my primary care has heard of them. She pushes that Furman diet but it sounds scammy and too meatless for me.

If I decide to try it (and make the sign up - they say the program fills up fast although that might be a marketing gimmick, I can't tell) I will post about it in here for sure.
