Looking for vegetarian keto diet information

I have slowly moved to a vegetarian diet-I eat cheese, eggs, milk, tuna & occasional salmon. I am also aware that my go to curries are based on sweet potatoes, chick peas and lentils; tasty in a coconut milk base, but still higher in carbs then I'd like. I'm looking for info regarding a vegetarian based keto diet. Some websites are 'yeah tofu is okay', others are 'no tofu'.

that is very vegetarian with small amounts (3-4 ounces) of animal protein, upping your nuts and seeds (by for example using cashew butter/milk to get creamy sauces.) I don't remember where they're at re tofu but I think they say it's ok if it's non GMO.

They are high in good fats and a very good keto fruit/veggie. Also, the best keto veggies are those grown above the ground such as leafy greens, asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, brussels sprouts, zucchini, tomatoes, eggplant and some others. Unfortunately, legumes are not really allowed on keto. You can make a great veggie curry w/ cauliflower, eggplant, green peppers, spinach and even add paneer (indian cheese) or any variation of those.

Omelettes w/ cheese and vegetables are another great vegetarian keto option as well. Good luck!
