6. ciabatta

The RG made me the most wonderful smoked salmon/cream cheese/scallion sandwich on ciabatta. It has a drizzle of olive oil and freshly ground black pepper on top. The ciabatta was toasted and brushed with olive oil.

Pretty soon I'll have an orange and some nuts.

7. A slab of homemade bread and butter

with a cup of coffee. I am off for my second Pfizer vaccine. I totally expect to feel bad this afternoon. I will cuddle with my blanket and two big dogs and watch The Dig, again.
