Beef stew. the RG started it yesterday by making the stock. Carrots, potatoes, and the most tender beef cubes. Seasonings are roasted garlic, peppercorns, marjoram, and thyme,
Crusty bread, which was sliced and brushed with olive oil. Roasted garlic, minced; toasted in the oven.
Asian salad. This came from a "kit" from the store. The RG bought it, not me. It had iceberg, red cabbage, and carrots in it. The sesame dressing was included, along with crunchies and dried cranberries. I added almonds. We've had this before but the other brand was better.
Dessert: sweet and spicy tea. Banana pudding.

Garlic bread (hamburger buns, really, with butter and garlic powder, microwaved 40 seconds)
Celery sticksreally not much I can do without water, a stove, or an oven.
