Cold smoked salmon and other fish with crackers and smoky wasabi mayo. Red onion.

Pork cutlets with grits.

Tossed green salad with honey mustard dressing.

Sweet and spicy earth tea.

1. Leftover pizza

heated very slowly in a dry frying pan so it is just like when it was delivered. Works great but takes time and patience. With that we had bosc pears and homemade walnut brownies for dessert.

2. Does the RG make a red-eye gravy?

If I were making pork cutlets with grits, that’s what I would do.

3. Leftover potato soup with meatballs.

Don't ask me why meatballs. The soup was in the crockpot and I opened the freezer for some veg and saw the frozen meatballs and thought why the hell not?

6. Italian steak

Made from my meatball mixture a while back. Breaded them in Panko and froze for later use - tonight.
Italian sausage and cheese ravioli (fresh packaged) with a brown butter and toasted walnut sauce.

Made some choc chip cookies last night.

7. Late dinner here. Angel Pasta primavera

wow. its great. garlic, red onions, Bella mushrooms, kale, carrots, yellow peppers, zucchini and of course marinara sauce.
