Tacos. Re-fried beans baked with hatch roasted chiles. Boozy raspberry filled "ding dongs" from Bernices Bakery for dessert.

Meatloaf, French fries (from scratch!), cucumber salad, apple crisp.

These last few days I’ve been experimenting with intermittent fasting and not eating until dinner time—not a huge sacrifice since I never ate breakfast in the first place. So far, the only result fasting has produced has been that dinner has gotten very elaborate.

Desert? Boy I wish I had some ice cream. But prob won't get out until next week with all the snow. Today is the first melt day in about 10. Every 2 days we had 5 more inches.

dried cranberries and poppy seeds. I also made gluten free cornbread which really turned out well. Gluten free baking is always a challenge. Have a nice evening guys.

Chicken Tetrazzini with egg noodles, homemade mushroom gravy, peas, chopped onion, minced garlic and four kinds of grated cheeses all combined in a glass casserole dish then baked.

Romaine lettuce salad with tomatoes, slices of red/green/yellow peppers and pine nuts with olive oil and vinegar.

Orange slices for dessert. Maybe a brandy.

I was saving this milestone post for your group, NJCher. I know, it's silly. But thanks for all the great ideas that come from the posters on this Group.
