Cucumber salad with scallions, rosemary, and sour cream/half /n half/buttermilk dressing.
Dessert: chocolate mousse and decaf coffee.

These last few days Ive been experimenting with intermittent fasting and not eating until dinner timenot a huge sacrifice since I never ate breakfast in the first place. So far, the only result fasting has produced has been that dinner has gotten very elaborate.

(43,056 posts)Desert? Boy I wish I had some ice cream. But prob won't get out until next week with all the snow. Today is the first melt day in about 10. Every 2 days we had 5 more inches.

(68,469 posts)dried cranberries and poppy seeds. I also made gluten free cornbread which really turned out well. Gluten free baking is always a challenge. Have a nice evening guys.

(21,998 posts)Chicken Tetrazzini with egg noodles, homemade mushroom gravy, peas, chopped onion, minced garlic and four kinds of grated cheeses all combined in a glass casserole dish then baked.
Romaine lettuce salad with tomatoes, slices of red/green/yellow peppers and pine nuts with olive oil and vinegar.
Orange slices for dessert. Maybe a brandy.
I was saving this milestone post for your group, NJCher. I know, it's silly. But thanks for all the great ideas that come from the posters on this Group.
