A salmon BLT with pasta salad on the side.

And a root beer float.
And a couple fried oysters.

The Landlady(!) has been craving linguini with a tomato & clam sauce for a week so we made that tonight.

Home grown salad and fresh dinner rolls with butter.

Chocolate chip cookies for dessert.

Saturday, a Ceasar chicken salad. Sunday, I had a baked potato loaded with butter and sour cream and delicious medium well done prime rib. Tomorrow I am planning to make bow tie pasta with grape tomatoes and feta cheese.

One thing about being a member of the 'rona at home cohort, I'm enjoying cooking.

I love checking in on this group even if I don't always post, I enjoy visiting and reading the posts here have rekindled my need to cook and eat a healthy diet even if I do sometimes splurge on my Sunday dinner.
